Residential Valuers 

We are seeking a valuers to undertake both mortgage and non mortgage work of residential and rural residential properties. Working within the existing residential division, our team will provide full training, support and assistance to ensure that your professional, personal and financial goals can be achieved. Further career opportunities to expand your experience is also available.

These roles present a very real opportunity to progress your career in the residential valuations sector, with first tier clients, an innovative team and a supportive organisation. This position is predominatly a work from home position with occasional office days required for staff meetings and training.

      • Current API CPV Certification and QLD Valuers Board Registration.

Commercial Valuers

We are looking for valuers to join our Commercial Team.  Our commercial division has seen significant growth of late and we are keen to find the right Valuers to continue to build a successful division around.

We are seeking Valuers to undertake both mortgage and non mortgage work of a general commercial nature; including retail, office and industrial properties, as well as development site feasibilities and valuations of specialised assets. Our team will provide full training, support and assistance to ensure that your professional, personal and financial goals can be achieved. Further career opportunities to expand your experience working alongside our specialist Going Concern Valuers is also available, with a key focus of the team on Management Rights, Rent Roll and Motel valuations.

This position is predominatly a work from home position with occasional office days required for staff meetings and training.

The successful applicants will possess:

      • Current API CPV Certification and QLD Valuers Board Registration.
      • Experience in valuing Residential, Commercial or Business Assets.
      • Self motivated and well organised.
      • Knowledge of industry standard timelines and excellent customer service.

Business and Specialist Valuers

We are 100% committed to growing the diversity of services offered to our clients, and are therefore seeking experienced Valuers in the following fields:

      • Hotel/Motel
      • Childcare
      • Management and Letting Rights

We have existing workflow opportunities for Business, Management Letting Rights, Rent Roll, and Hotel/Motel valuations.

The successful candidate will interact with our finance industry partners, as well as private clients, to meet the needs of specialist valuation requests.

The successful applicants will possess:

      • Current API and CPV Certification.
      • Self motivation and well organised.
      • Knowledge of industry standard timelines and excellent customer service.
